Style: Modified Folkstyle; Ohio Tournament of Champions Fomat and Qualifier; Wrestlers guaranteed three matches. Top two wrestlers in each pool of four will get a fourth match. Last year, we had over 200 wrestlers from numerous states and several state placers competing against each other! This is a great kickoff to the 09/10 wrestling season!! All Youth and high school wrestlers are welcome! Length of Bouts: One three (3) minute period; No Referee’s position; Out of bounds or lack of activity results in neutral start; Sudden victory overtime. Weight Classes: Madison System
Age Divisions: Bantam (Born in 2001 and 2002), Midget (Born in 1999 and 2000), Novice (Born in 1997 and 1998), Schoolboy (Born in 1995 and 1996), If you are born in 1994 but are in the 8th grade you can elect to wrestle in the Schoolboy division. High School (Enrolled in Grades 9-12) . You can enter into 2 divisions although you can only wrestle up 1 division. You will need to register for each division separately. Online registration will close at 11 pm on Saturday, Oct 31st. Please make every attempt to register and pay online before 11 pm on Saturday, Oct 31st!!
Late Registration: Pre-High School – There will be NO late or walk in registrations for Pre High School wrestlers. All Pre High School wrestlers must register and pay online using the link above. High School – Walk-in/Late registrations for High school will be $40.00. Walk-in/Late registrations will be open from 11-12 Sun Nov 1st. Walk-in/Late registrations will close at 12:00. Walk-in registration will not be accepted after 12:00! If payment is not received before the Oct 31st deadline then you will have to register and pay from 11-12 on Sun Nov 1st.

Schedule:
Pre-High School 8:00 – 8:30 am weigh-ins for all Pre High school wrestlers to include Bantam, Midget, Novice, Schoolboy and those born in 1995 who are not in High school. 9:30 – 1:30 Wrestling; for Pre-high school wrestlers. Each Madison weight class will have two pools of four; Round robin in each pool; Top wrestler in each pool will wrestle for first place; Second best wrestler in each pool will wrestle for third place.
High School 11:00 am – 1:00 weigh-ins for all High school wrestlers who pre-registered 11:00 am – 12:00 weigh-ins for all High School wrestlers who are walk-in/late registers. Walk-ins will not be accepted after 12:00! 2:00 – 6:00 Wrestling; for High school wrestlers. Each Madison weight class will have two pools of four; Round robin in each pool; Top wrestler in each pool will wrestle for first place; Second best wrestler in each pool will wrestle for third place. Facilities: Four mats will be utilized in the Westfield Gym, On-site High School Trainer, $1.00 admission fee for spectators. Concessions and other vendors will be available throughout the day. Awards: Awesome one of a kind Medals to 1st through 4th Place; Each Weight Class Champion will also receive a “Top Dawg” T-Shirt. 1st - 3rd place finishers will receive the Tournament of Champions qualifying form. This is a qualifier for the Tournament of Champions (TOC). The top three winners in each weight class will qualify for the TOC.
Directions: Westfield High School is located at 4700 Stonecroft Blvd in Chantilly VA 20151. Take VA Route 28 to Willard Road; Turn left at the Willard Rd and Stonecroft Blvd intersection; School is immediately on your right. Please enter the school through Gym Door Number 11.
