For a successful registration please complete all of the information on the form.
Age Divisions:
Bantam (Born 2002 and 2003)
Midget (Born 2000 and 2001)
Novice (Born 1998 and 1999)
Schoolboy (Born 1996 and 1997, or 1995 if still in the 8th grade)
High School (Grades 9 - 12)
Provide the wrestlers weight. This will be used for preliminary pairing of wrestlers. Final pairings will be based on the weigh-in on the day of the tournament.
High School wrestlers should complete the "High School Exp" section with either JV for Junior Varsity or V for Varsity. All other youth wrestlers should provide years of wrestling experience in the "Years of Exp" section.
Please provide an email address and/or a telephone number so we can contact you if there is a problem with your registration.
If you are under 18 years old the parents name must be provided.
Click the Send button when the form is complete. The tournament registrar will receive an email with your information. You will receive a pop-up box stating "Your message has been submitted". Click the "OK" button to close the box, and proceed to step 2 for payment.

Upon submission of registration I hereby give this wrestler permission to wrestle in the Top Dawg Tournament and release the tournament organizers, officials, sponsors, and FCPS from any and all liability associated with injury, accident, or participation. In addition, I acknowledge and fully understand the inherent risk associated with the entrant’s participation in the sport of wrestling.

Your registration is not complete until we have received payment. To make payment please press the Buy Now button. Payment can be made using most major credit cards or using a PayPal account (You do not have to have a PayPal account to pay). Please provide the first name and last name of the registered wrestler before clicking the button. This will help the registrar match your payment to your registration.

PayPal will send you a receipt with a confirmation number for your payment. Please keep a copy of the receipt for verification of payment.

Step 3. Confirm registration and payment.

The below lists will be updated every Sunday by 11:00 pm with registation forms and payments received as of that time. If subsequent to that time your registration is not on the list and/or payment is not received please contact the tournament coordinator at dullesmatclub@aol.com.
