Harry Van Trees is in his fourth year at Westfield serving as an assistant coach of the Bulldog wrestling program. Van Trees has coached wrestling for twenty seven years for Fairfax County schools, including 14 years as the head wrestling coach for the Oakton Cougars. Coach Van Trees attended Bishop O’Connell High School and was 132 lb independent school state champion. He received his B.S. in Physical Education at Indiana University, and earned his MA. in Education Leadership at George Mason University.
Van Trees and his wife, Deborah, have been married for 24 years and have 4 children:; Margaret, Emma, Harry Jr, and Molly.
